Rental Terms
A summary of our rental agreement. The full agreement governs every rental and is signed at pickup or delivery.
Rental Charges
Priced per the agreed rental record. Customer covers refueling, transportation/delivery, and any environmental or disposal fees communicated at time of rental.
Who Can Operate
Only the customer and authorized operators (employees or agents acting for the customer) may run the equipment, and must be properly qualified and licensed where required.
Care & Return
Equipment must come back in the same clean, functional condition (normal wear excepted), to the agreed location. Customer handles routine checks — fluids, tire pressure, battery — while it's rented.
Risk of Loss & Damage
Customer is financially responsible for loss or damage while equipment is rented out, valued at fair market value less salvage. Repair labor and parts are billed at standard shop rates.
Fuel Policy
Equipment goes out with a full tank. Return it full, or pay the current refueling charge for what's needed to top it off.
Security Deposit
May be required before equipment goes out, per Massachusetts law. Refunded after return, less any unpaid charges or damage.
